Summer Volleyball Clinics
July 7 - August 7, Monday & Thursday Night 6-8:30pm
Conditioning & skills volleyball clinics for girls entering grades 6-12
- Cost $120 for 10 sessions or pay as you go $14 per night ($20 savings if you pay in full for the summer).
- 6-6:30: Each clinic will focus on conditioning. Every athlete is trying to prepare themselves for high school volleyball tryouts and needs to get in shape. These clinics will be a great place to start that process. New, incoming freshmen players will also get a feel for what double sessions/try-outs will be like.
- 6:30-8:30pm: Clinic will focus on the basics of volleyball. The clinic will be divided into two groups: beginners and experienced players. Beginners will go over all the basics of volleyball: passing, setting, hitting, serving and diving. Experienced girls will focus on drills and sharpening their skills.
